We understand that our clients are busy and might not have time to visit our offices, so we provide the facility to buy insurance online and to renew policies from the comfort of your home or office.
If you prefer to meet with one of our qualified staff but prefer that we visit you just contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.
If you have bought online or renewed your policy online and have questions contact us by email or call our offices which are open from Monday to Friday from 8.30 hrs to 17.30 hrs and on Saturdays from 9.00 hrs to 12.00 hrs.
If you buy online or renew a policy via our website we will contact you by the next working day. Original documents will be sent by post unless instructed otherwise by the client.
Many things can change within a year that could affect your insurance coverage and premiums. Lifestyle, variations in driving habits, different employment, starting a family, expanding your business and updating your home could have significant implications on your insurance coverage. Before you renew, it’s a good idea to re-examine your policy in detail to ensure you’re protected with the right insurance coverage for your specific situation.
30 to 60 days before your insurance policy renewing, we encourage you to speak with us o discuss your current policy. Together, you and your broker can review your existing policy to see if it still applies and highlight any changes or factors that may affect your coverage and premium for the upcoming year. During this discussion, you might find you need more coverage to better protect yourself, or you may actually see a decrease in your premium.
Take the time now to consider any changes or updates you’ve made in the last year that could have implications for your policies. Checksums insured for instance or limits of indemnity. While we as your brokers can guide you no one knows your risk better than yourself. If you think that there have been any material changes to the risk, you must disclose this to us, and we will pass this information to the insurer.
Do not leave it too late to give us the renewal instructions. Anything can happen on the last day, making it impossible for us to execute renewal instructions on time to ensure that there is continuity of cover. It is advisable to contact us at least a few days before expiry.
Can you renew and amend later?
Yes, you can do this if you are tight on time but it is always strongly recommended that you do not procrastinate and do the changes and renewal on time.
